Members are invited to review the proposed changes to the KTHC constitution current and propsed documents are attached.

• Issue "Proposed content 8 Resigning as member, 8.1 b (ii) is not entitled to a refund or credit, for any Annual Membership Fee paid by the Member to the Club."
• Change (ii) is not entitled to a refund or credit, for any Annual Membership Fee paid by the Member to the Club unless circumstances reviewed by Committee to refund or not pursue futher membership payment"
